ICDO partners with the leading pharmaceutical company Obagi Medical and actor Priyanka Chopra Jonas on the SKINCLUSION, Global Initiative that was initiated out of the urgent need for inclusion and diversity in the pharmaceutical and beauty industry.

SKINCLUSION initiative features Hollywood actor, producer, and activist Priyanka Chopra Jonas, a woman who has been dedicated to fighting for inclusion and diversity over the course of her 20-year career, as a Global Ambassador.

ACTION: PANEL DISCUSSION

The SKINCLUSION Initiative was officially launched on May 8, 2019, with a panel discussion, in New York featuring:

  • Jaime Castle – President of Obagi Medical
  • Priyanka Chopra Jonas – Ambassador of the Initiative,
  • Josipa Palac – President and CEO of ICDO,
  • Dr. Haines – President of Project Implicit,
  • Dr. Jeanine B. Downie, MD, FAAD, – Director of Image Dermatology P.C.

The panel focused on cultural diversity, acceptance, and inclusion, topics that reflect ICDO’s mission of promoting interculturality and safeguarding different cultural expressions.

The panel discussion by leading experts from different fields showed how each perspective contributes uniquely to creating a more inclusive and diverse world. ICDO fulfills its part by sharing cultural expertise gained through many successful intercultural projects in different parts of the world.
