GLOBAL DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION (DE&I) POLICY

ICDO has an extensive experience in consulting companies to meet latest global diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) standards. We worked with international companies that are present in more than 60 countries worldwide and have an excess of 6,000 employees. ICDO covers topics of

We work together with the clients to develop tailored DE&I policies that are integrated in to already existing Code of Conduct (COC) and most importantly applicable worldwide.

In addition to creating DE&I global policy we can consult and add to already existing COC, DE&I, Whistleblowing policies and more to make sure that they are globally applicable and up to the latest industry standards.
