ICDO MISSION STATEMENT
The mission and goal of the International Cultural Diversity Organization (ICDO) is the promotion of cultural diversity, inclusivity, interculturalism, human rights, as well as raising awareness of different cultural expressions and their values with the aim of fostering cultural interaction in order to bring people together and bridge cultural gaps. In addition, ICDO acts, promotes and conserves biodiversity, environment, and sustainability for the wellbeing of humanity.
WHY IT IS IMPORTANT
Businesses and corporations worldwide are the main drivers of the economy and have an immense impact on society, diversity, environment, and biodiversity. We at ICDO believe that each individual and company can have and create a significant impact to better the world – and we are here to help.
ICDO gathered industry professionals and experts to collaborate and design a new way – a sustainable way – of doing business so that all companies around the world have the opportunity to benefit their communities and benefit the planet while increasing company productivity and profit.
OUR ROLE
Driven by our mission, we create specifically tailored programs that focus on equality, inclusivity, sustainability, and diversity in and out of the workplace. We believe that corporations have a responsibility not only to embrace environmentally and socially responsible business practices but to invest in the conservation of nature their businesses depend upon and more equality in all sectors.
We work within and across sectors, in collaboration with companies and industry associations, to achieve large-scale impact, to align the market with environmentally friendly policies, and to help businesses adopt more sustainable production practices.
