Toni Pehar
Toni Pehar, is a co-founder of ICDO and holds a responsibility of a Treasury and Chief Financial Officer, oversees finance and accounting, financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, funds, grants, development and contracts management, and several special initiatives. Closely collaborates with President/CEO and helps set the overall direction of the organization. Besides his voluntary work at ICDO, Toni primarily holds a position as a General Manager at Gentium Capital Consulting., a consulting firm, since August 2015 with permanent address in Vienna, Austria. In addition, holds a position of Honorary Consul of the Republic of Colombia to the Republic of Croatia since 2021.
From 2011 to 2016, he worked for Tidewater Inc. an Oil & Gas service company, where he held the position as the Deputy General Manager & Business Development Manager, responsible for Europe, Middle East, and North Africa, with permanent address in Cairo, Egypt and Larnaca, Cyprus. During his time in Tidewater Inc. he worked with the major Oil & Gas companies worldwide. This experience provided him with the opportunity to manage and work with a diverse group of people from all walks of life, therefore he experienced the impact of cultural diversity from economic and social stand point.
He also held a position of a Business Development Manager at Watel d.o.o. in Zagreb, Croatia. In addition Toni worked in Finance, Marketing and Human Resources departments at Ericsson Nikola Tesla in Zagreb, Croatia and Tidewater Inc. in Aberdeen, Scotland.
